How do I install the Knovari PowerPoint add-in? +
Download the add-in from your account dashboard or contact us for the install link. Once you have the manifest file, open PowerPoint, go to Insert → Get Add-ins → My Add-ins → Upload My Add-in, and select the file. Detailed instructions are sent with your welcome email.
Which versions of PowerPoint are supported? +
Knovari supports PowerPoint 2016 and later on Windows and macOS, plus PowerPoint on the Web. Office 365 / Microsoft 365 desktop versions give the best performance.
I cannot sign in. What should I check? +
Confirm you are using the email you registered with, try a password reset, and clear your browser cookies for knovari.io. If you signed up via Google or GitHub, use the same provider to sign in. Still stuck? Send us a note via the form below and include the time you tried and the error message you saw.
How is my slide content stored and processed? +
Decks you upload to Knovari are stored encrypted at rest, processed inside our infrastructure, and never used to train third-party models. See our Privacy Policy for the full breakdown of data flows, retention periods, and sub-processors.
What file types does the Sanitize tool support? +
Sanitize accepts .pptx files. Legacy .ppt files should be re-saved as .pptx in PowerPoint first. Files up to 100 MB are supported in the web app; the desktop add-in handles larger decks.
How do I cancel my subscription or delete my account? +
Email support@knovari.io with your account email and we will action the request within two business days. Account deletion removes all associated decks and metadata; cancellation stops further billing but preserves your data until the end of the current period.
Do you offer team or enterprise plans? +
Yes. We offer team licences with SSO, an admin console, and procurement-friendly contracts. Pick "General enquiry" in the form below and mention team size and timing, and we will get back to you with options.
